teabag go 3D with wakefield council
We are pleased to say we have just been appointed by Wakefield Council, on behalf of the Shared Learning Group, to develop an interactive 3D office walkthrough to help them collaborate and share information with nine other participating councils.
The Shared Learning Group consists of UK local authorities working with Microsoft’s Public Sector Division to share best practice and information and develop innovative ways to improve council services. The outcomes and solutions will then be made available to all UK councils via Microsoft’s Solution Sharing Network.
Chosen through a competitive tender process and above 18 other applicants, we will create an interactive 3D office walkthrough for Wakefield Council to aid this process. It will show best practice in environmental management, providing immediate and easily accessible information on all aspects of this including carbon reduction and cost implications, and acting as a single point of reference for the public sector.
The project will feature a collection of external and internal space compromising a series of interactive objects to both enable potential users to navigate easily through the spaces and, most importantly, effectively convey the necessary information to other users in this groundbreaking collaboration between local authorities.
