Dean Clough is a nationally-renowned landmark site in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Measuring two-thirds of a mile from end-to-end, it once hosted the largest carpet manufacturer in the world and since 1983 has come to be celebrated as a model of regeneration.
Teabag created a marketing brochure for a section of the development to communicate the space available to potential tenants, on behalf of the National Health Trust and its commercial agents Dacre Son and Hartley.
