Manor Mills is a mixed use scheme on an industrial site that occupies a key position within the Holbeck Urban Village master plan, Leeds.

The design approach was to reflect the expertise and metal fabrication skills of Bush Engineering in the architectural expression of the design, resulting in a folding metal façade to Manor Road as the main element.

Teabag created a night time/dusk visualisation to best illustrate these design aspirations to the planning department.
