Pads property is a new student lettings agent offering high quality properties to the student sector (houses come complete with jacuzzi baths!)

Teabag were invited to create a brand identity and website for this property company that currently operates in the student marketplace but required a brand that would not restrict them to this market.

The concept Teabag created had to be versatile enough to project the company through it’s three key areas; student, residential & commercial property.
