Smarthouse is an new investor product being offered by Intellectual Properties which involves extensive redevelopment of existing residential properties for the student market.

Teabag were asked to create a promotional DVD for buy to let product that would communicate the amount of work that is involved in creating a Smarthouse. Film footage was combined with three dimensional animation to take potential investors through every step of the construction process.
